Please pray I can get medical help now. Have Parkinson's and in bad pain from hip. Just tonite pulled muscle in arm and now can hardly moved haven't slept in 3days no meds won't work. Am falling apart . Live with 92 yr old mom. What to do? Thank you for prayers
